Our Groups

At Etelä-Karjalan Luistelutähdet, we offer three training paths so that every skater — beginner, hobbyist, or competitor — can find their place on the ice.

Skating School

For: Children aged 3–10 who are new to skating or want to strengthen their basic skills.

  • Improve technique and build confidence
  • Encourage regular exercise and expression through skating
  • Offer opportunities to perform in shows and club events

Content:
Technical exercises, choreography, basic jumps and spins — in a relaxed and positive training environment.

Competitive Group

For: Motivated skaters training regularly with the goal of competing in ISU series or national evaluations.

Goals:

  • Support long-term athlete development
  • Prepare for competitions and test levels
  • Build performance confidence and resilience
